Estimator to join leading commercial newbuild, fitout & refurb head contractor $1M-$15M.

Duties nn
- Manage tenders from initial review to submission
n
- Prepare estimates, BOQs and subcontractor comparisons
n
- Review documentation, identify scope gaps and project risks
n
- Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
n
- Manage RFIs, clarifications and tender documentation
n
- Identify value engineering opportunities and competitive solutions
n

Skills & Experience nn
- 5-8 years' estimating experience with a commercial head contractor
n




- Experience across newbuild, industrial, education, healthcare and/or refurbishment
n
- Strong understanding of D&C;, ECI and Construct Only projects
n
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and negotiation skills
n
- Cubit, CostX, Estimate One or Procore experience advantageous
n
