Our client is a leading national law firm with a projects and construction team acting for industry leading developer clients. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Lawyer or Associate to join the Sydney team on predominantly front-end transactional construction work.

About the role n

You will work alongside a senior Partner and several lawyers across the front end of major construction projects.

- Drafting and negotiating construction agreements
n




- Supporting procurement processes and project delivery models
n
- Advising developer clients through the life of a project
n
- Working directly with the Partner on the more complex matters
n
- Building genuine specialist depth in front-end construction
n

What you'll bring nn
- 2 to 3 years' post admission experience
n
- Current Australian practising certificate
n
- Experience gained in a mid tier or top tier firm
n
- Exposure to construction or projects work, front end preferred
n
- Solid drafting skills and a collaborative approach
n

Additional information nn
