We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our cruise division as After Sales Consultants. You don’t need prior experience in the travel industry—just a knack for hitting sales targets, stellar customer service skills, and a passion for all things cruise-related. No experience in travel necessary.

Successful candidates will embark on a fully paid training journey, learning from the country's top cruise experts in an interactive, fast‑paced environment. Upon completion, participants will become a Fully Accredited Cruise Consultant with a guaranteed full time position and future career opportunities within the My Cruises team.

Day to Day you will... n

- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales journey
n
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver personalised cruise recommendations
n




- Work towards achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction outcomes
n
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
n
- Develop the knowledge and skills required to become a Fully Accredited Cruise Consultant
n
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work workplace where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

- A passion for cruising and travel

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets

- Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills

- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment

- Excellent multitasking and organisational abilities

- Competency in Microsoft Office or similar programs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A willingness to learn and develop a career in the travel industry
n
- Overseas travel experience is highly regarded
