Kingpin Bondi is opening in November 2026, and we're looking for a passionate Bar Supervisor to help deliver an exceptional bar experience. Working closely with the Bar Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operation of the bar, lead shifts, coach team members and ensure every guest enjoys outstanding service in a fun, energetic environment.

What You'll Be Doing n

- Lead the bar team during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
n
- Deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
n
- Support team training, coaching and development to Kingpin standards.
n
- Assist with stock management, ordering and maintaining bar presentation.
n
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling and premium service.
n
- Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing,



safety and company standards.
n
- Work closely with venue leaders to deliver seamless operations and events.
n

What We're Looking For n

n
- Previous bar supervisory or senior bartender experience.
n
- Solid cocktail, beverage and beer knowledge.
n
- Current RSA certification.
n
- A hands-on leadership style and passion for hospitality.
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
n
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
