Talent Acquisition Contractor – Immediate Start

Location: Sydney | Hybrid (WFH and Onsite)

Contract: 3–6 Month Duration

We’re partnering with a high-growth organisation that’s seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Contractor to join their team and deliver recruitment across a variety of business-critical roles.

n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to go to market for top talent using all available sourcing tools and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies
n
- Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and define briefs
n
- Write compelling job ads and generate strong applicant flow
n
- Leverage sourcing tools, networks, and referrals to attract talent
n




- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and headhunting techniques to engage passive candidates
n
- Provide a seamless and skilled candidate experience
n
- Ensure best practice recruitment processes and ATS updates
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Proven experience in internal recruitment or RPO environments
n
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities
n
- Ability to manage a busy recruitment desk with competing priorities
n
- Skilled in direct search, talent pooling, and headhunting
n
- Confident communicator, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
n
- Immediate availability or short notice period
n
