Troys Hospitality is seeking experienced and polished Boardroom Waitstaff to join our team and work across premium corporate environments in Melbourne.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to transition into high-end corporate hospitality , while enjoying the consistency of Monday to Friday work .

The Role n

You will be responsible for providing professional, attentive service to executives, clients, and corporate guests in a high-end boardroom environment.

Key responsibilities include: n

n
- Professional food and beverage service in boardrooms and meeting spaces
n
- Setting up and refreshing boardrooms before, during and after meetings
n
- Serving coffee, refreshments, breakfast, lunch, and other catering
n
- Maintaining a polished and skilled presentation at all times
n
- Anticipating guest needs and providing discreet, attentive service
n
- Assisting with corporate functions and events when required
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Current Victorian RSA
n
- Previous hospitality/waitstaff experience
n




- Full black & white corporate uniform (White business shirt, black business pants, black leather business shoes, black tie and black vest)
n
- Excellent presentation and grooming
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- English as a first language or university-level English proficiency
n
- Reliable and professional approach to work
n

Highly Preferred: nn
- Previous boardroom or corporate hospitality experience
n
- Barista/coffee-making experience
n
- Experience working in premium restaurants, hotels, clubs, or corporate venues
n
- Experience providing table service to executives or VIP guests
n
