Many roles tell you what your caseload will be.
n This one asks what you actually want it to look like.
n
This privately owned Canberra clinic has built its model around flexibility—not just in hours, but in how clinicians practise. Whether you prefer paediatrics, adults, or a genuine mix of both, your caseload is shaped around your strengths and interests from the outset.
n
What you’re stepping into
n A steady flow of referrals across both paediatric and adult clients, allowing you to build a caseload that feels right for you. Some therapists here work almost entirely with children, others focus on adults, and a few enjoy the variety of both.
n
There’s no pressure to “fit into a gap”—the clinic hires with intention and builds the role around the clinician.
