Join as a sub-authorised credit representative under our business, engaged as an independent contractor through your own company entity. This role is built for newly qualified brokers ready to complete their two years of mandatory mentorship in-house with hands-on, one-on-one coaching from an established broker mentor.

Key responsibilities

Complete your full two-year mandatory mentorship in-house, with hands-on, one-on-one coaching
n
Receive practical, deal-by-deal coaching in loan structuring, servicing calculations, and lender and product placement
n
Operate as your own credit representative from day one, building real settlement experience and commission earnings
n
Work with autonomy over how you work, with access to an established operational and compliance backbone
n
Engage in work from home with one-on-one mentoring sessions available as needed
n
Represent an established, trusted brand from day one with business cards and a website profile provided at no cost,
or build your own identity for a modest monthly mentoring fee
n
About you
n
Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (completed)
n
Motivated and self-driven - this is a commission-based business opportunity, not a fixed wage role, and your income reflects the effort and results you put in
n
No prior industry experience required
n
Coachable, motivated, and ready to commit to two years of structured development
n
Willing to be engaged through your own company entity
n
Open to representing an established brand at no cost, or building your own identity for a modest monthly fee
