We’re now looking for experienced Machine Operators and Machine Operator Assistants to join our day shift team. Must have forklift license with some experience

The Prospect n

In these roles, you will:

Support daily production operations on modern industrial machinery

n

Help maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency

n

Contribute to ongoing process and productivity improvements

n

These are hands‑paced roles suited to people who enjoy working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities n

Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure efficient, high‑quality production

n

Perform basic/routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned machines

n

Assist with machine set‑up, adjustment, and changeovers as required

n

Follow all safety procedures and use PPE correctly at all times

n

Work closely with team members to identify and implement process improvements

n

Maintain accurate production records and documentation

n

Participate in training to build and maintain your technical skills

About You n

We’re looking for people who can bring:

Experience in a machine operator, production, or similar manufacturing role

n

A sound understanding of industrial machinery operation and basic maintenance

n

Ability to read and interpret simple technical manuals, diagrams, or instructions

n

Strong attention to detail and a clear focus on product quality

n

Good communication and teamwork skills

n

Reliability, a positive attitude, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment

n

Willingness to complete any required training and certifications

n

(Assistant roles may suit candidates with less experience but strong aptitude and a desire to learn.)
