Job Description

Queensland Government is seeking a Workforce Planning/HR Operations professional to coordinate staffing models and forecast workforce needs for projects. You will oversee rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle processes, while advising senior management on resourcing and planning.

Additionally, you will develop workforce frameworks, policies and compliance, build robust stakeholder relationships, and provide leadership to support staff in resolving issues.
