nOur client is a travel claims cover holder backed by Lloyds with a stellar reputation in the market. They are seeking a professional to join their successful organisation to manage an end to end portfolio of claims in their recently brought in house claims department. n

The Role:
n

- Managing and processing own portfolio of travel claims from end to end
n
- Assisting claims team in providing best possible customer service
n
- Complaints resolution handling
n




- Registering claims information and answering policy queries.
n
- Annual remuneration reviews.
n

About You:
n

n
- Background in insurance claims or customer service within the insurance space
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
n
