Job Description

Legal Aid NSW invites applications for a Respectful Workplace Support Advisor. Based in Central Sydney with adaptable work arrangements, this temporary full-time role supports employees and managers to navigate workplace behaviour concerns and access appropriate support.

You will combine confidential support, stakeholder engagement and capability building, using sound judgement and empathy to identify when referrals are needed to specialist pathways.
