Job Description

Hipcamp is seeking a Local Host Advocate in the Blue Mountains to develop a private-land host network. You’ll leverage existing agricultural ties to connect landowners with Hipcamp, driving new host opportunities and selected commercial camping deals in the region.

You’ll spend time meeting landowners, prospecting, and representing Hipcamp at local events. The role offers an hourly wage plus a bonus for each current host brought live, with autonomy and entrepreneurial freedom.
