About the rolen
n You will be the go-to person across a few clients providing support for platforms and hardware. Resolving support issues, liaising with vendors & troubleshooting where required. It will be 50% remote & 50% travelling to sites where needed, involving training end users to support platforms.n

Requirementsn

- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams / Zoom environments
n
- Crestron / Logitech / Yealink
n
- Worked across corporate/enterprise clients
n
- M365 exposure preferred
n
- Hands on capabilities - this can be learnt
n
- Customer facing skills
n

- $100,000-$110,000 +Super + Car
n
- Work remote 50% of the role - travel to customer site as required
