de Witt Consulting is looking for a Survey Draftsperson to join our growing Gosford team.

This is an opportunity to work across a diverse range of surveying projects, collaborate closely with experienced surveyors and deliver drafting services within an established multidisciplinary consultancy.

n

As our Gosford office grows, there is scope for the role to develop into leading and coordinating additional drafting team members.

About the role n

You will coordinate and deliver the Gosford office’s survey drafting requirements, working closely with our surveyors to prepare accurate, high-quality drawings.

n

Your work will include:

n

- Preparing set-out plans, deposited plans, detail plans and identification plans
n
- Supporting projects across construction, engineering, cadastral surveying, digital terrain modelling (DTM), laser scanning and drone surveys
n
- Liaising with surveyors to clarify project requirements and incorporate survey information
n
- Managing drafting priorities to meet project deadlines
n
- Checking drawings for accuracy, consistency and completeness
n

You will bring:

- Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
n




- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate drawings
n
- Valuable organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- The ability to work independently and collaborate closely with our surveying team
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to continue developing your skills
n
- Knowledge of the surveying industry and experience preparing survey plans would be highly regarded.
