Boston Built on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Concreter to lead our internal concreting crew across multiple commercial projects. You’ll drive productivity, coordinate pours and ensure safety and quality on site.

This full time, long-term role offers strong leadership support from Site Managers and Project Teams, with a clear path to grow within a growing builder-developer. You will plan upcoming pours, order quantities, organise concrete booms and pumps, and maintain
