Job Description

NSW Health is seeking a Legal Officer IV to provide legal and policy advice across the State Health portfolio, including contracts, subordinate legislation and litigation. You will manage a large, wide-ranging workload, handle urgent requests, and deliver professional guidance on contractual, legislative and medico-legal matters.

Applicants must hold NSW legal qualifications, be admitted as a legal practitioner, and maintain a NSW Law Society practising certificate.
