Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Specialist to join our growing sub brand Baddest, and help bring our influencer marketing strategy to life through exciting collaborations, creative campaigns and creator relationships.

The ideal candidate is creative, obsessed with keeping up with the ever changing world of influencers & social media. They'll have a natural eye for emerging trends and talent, solid organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. A passion for beauty is a must, and previous experience or exposure to the beauty industry would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Work hand in hand with the team to continue to grow our global influencer program
n
- Assist with the development and execution of high level influencer activities across segments.
n
- Constantly source new talent which aligns with the brands goals
n
- End to End management of influencer contracts both paid and gifted
n
- Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with Baddest Bod's brand identity, across all social media platforms.
n
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels.
n
- Be proactive and brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and brand awareness activities.
n
- Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs and contracts
n
- Deliver fortnightly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager.

Requirements nn




- Experience in a similar PR and influencer based role
n
- Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing and current rates
n
- Experience in global influencer marketing preferred.
n
- Passionate about social media and influencer marketing
n
- Driven and ambitious
n
- Must be proactive with initiative to drive and execute new ideas
n
- Proven track record and results in previous position
n
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
n
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
n
- Be able to work under pressure
n
- Works well within a team, while also be hands on with the ability to work independently
n
- Results orientated and brand focused.
n
- Have the flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks, with disciplined time management skills, and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
n
- Have a passion for beauty & tanning.
n
- Eye for detail and current trends.
n
- Positive, upbeat personality.
