About the role n

As a Bartender at Shangri-La Sydney, you will play a key role in delivering a vibrant, engaging and memorable bar experience for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beverages, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities include: n

- Preparing and serving cocktails, beverages and specialty drinks to the highest luxury hotel standards
n
- Providing warm, professional and personalised service while anticipating and responding to guest needs
n
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverage offerings
n




- Contributing creative ideas for cocktails, seasonal offerings and memorable guest experiences
n

What success looks like n

- Cocktails and beverages are prepared consistently, accurately and to a high standard
n
- The bar remains clean, organised and well presented throughout service
n
- Beverage knowledge is confidently demonstrated when assisting guests with recommendations
n
- The bar experience reflects the quality and service standards expected of a luxury hotel
n

What We're Looking For n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Previous bartending experience within a fast-paced, high-volume or premium hospitality environment
n
- Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge with a genuine passion for mixology
n
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
