Job Description

As our Restaurant Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the reservations operation and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests. This is an in-store, hands-on role, working closely with our restaurant management and front-of-house teams. You will be the key point of contact for reservations and guest enquiries, while helping the wider team deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key responsibilities n

- Manage the restaurant's daily reservations and booking enquiries
n
- Oversee the reservations system and ensure bookings are accurate and well organised
n
- Communicate with guests via phone, email and other booking channels
n
- Manage special requests, large bookings, celebrations and VIP guests
n
- Coordinate closely with the floor and management teams to ensure smooth service
n
- Help manage table allocations and maximise the restaurant's seating capacity
n
- Build strong relationships with regular guests and create a personalised experience
n
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any reservation-related issues professionally
n
- Assist with the day-to-day front-of-house operation when required
n
- Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail during busy periods

- Has previous experience in restaurant reservations,



front-of-house or hospitality management

- Is highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities
n
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Is calm and professional under pressure
n
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
n
- Is confident using reservation systems and technology
n
- Takes pride in their work and has a solid eye for detail

- Is a positive team player who enjoys working alongside others

- Is flexible and available to work weekends – this is essential

- Is happy to be hands‑on and involved in the restaurant rather than working from behind a desk
