n We are partnering with a large, well established global organisation looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team for an initial 6 month assignment.n
n
n Sitting across customer service, order management and coordination, this is a genuinely varied role where you'll manage the process from customer order through to delivery. You'll work closely with customers, internal teams and external providers to make sure orders are accurate, deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.n
n
n The team needs someone who can come in, understand the moving parts quickly and confidently take ownership of their workload.n
n
What will your day look like? You will be responsible for:n
n
n • Processing and managing customer orders through SAPn
n• Coordinating orders from initial request through to deliveryn
n• Managing larger and bulk orders with accuracy and attention to detailn
n• Liaising with couriers and coordinating deliveriesn
n• Communicating with customers regarding orders, timelines and updatesn
n• Working closely with internal departments to keep orders movingn
n• Following up on outstanding orders and resolving issues as they arisen
n• Maintaining accurate information and completing high volume data entryn
n• Supporting the wider team with general service and operational coordinationn
n




What are we looking for? For this role, strong SAP experience is important. We are ideally looking for someone with 2+ years of hands on SAP experience who can confidently navigate the system without needing extensive training.n

n You may currently be working as a:n
n
n Service Coordinator | Customer Service Coordinator | Order Management Coordinator | Sales Support Coordinator | Operations Coordinatorn
n
More importantly, you'll bring:n
n
n • Previous experience in a busy coordination or order management environmentn
n• Solid working knowledge of SAPn
n• Experience managing orders, deliveries and/or courier coordinationn
n• Excellent attention to detailn
n• Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsn
n• The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the detailsn
n• A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in where neededn
n
n Experience within medical devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare or another regulated distribution environment would be highly regarded, but isn't essential if your SAP and coordination experience is strong.n
n
