Job Description

Align Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer in Melbourne for a 12-month fixed-term, part time role (~22–23 hours across three days). The position reports to Finance and covers end-to-end payroll for ~250 staff, across multiple awards/EBAs, with a hybrid arrangement (one day in the office, two days at home).

You will manage onboarding, terminations, back pay and adjustments, supervise superannuation, and ensure accurate payroll data while handling employee queries.
