As a Retail Team Member, you'll be the face of Engine Swimwear, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer. You'll assist customers in finding the perfect fit, provide personalised service, and help showcase our range of high-performance swimwear.
Key responsibilities n

- Provide friendly and personalised customer service
n
- Assist customers with swimwear selection and fitting
n
- Help customers find the right size, style, and fit for their needs
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting retail space
n
- Process sales and support day-to-day store operations
n
- Assist with stock organisation, deliveries, and merchandising
n
- Represent the Engine Swimwear brand with confidence and enthusiasm
n
About you nn
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
n
- Passionate about swimwear, sport, and active lifestyles
n
- Reliable and available to work Saturdays
n
- Comfortable providing swimwear fitting advice
n
- A quick learner with great attention to detail
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Retail experience is preferred, and swimwear fitting experience is highly regarded, however training will be provided for the right person
