Warehouse Officer – Part-Time

About the role n

Mega Watt Electrical Service is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Warehouse Officer to support our residential electrical operations.

n

Based at our Ravenhall warehouse, you will help ensure our electricians have the right materials ready when they need them. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in an organised warehouse, maintains accurate stock records and can prioritise daily tasks.

What you’ll be doing n

n
- Receiving and checking deliveries against purchase orders, identifying and reporting shortages or damaged goods.
n
- Picking, packing and preparing materials for upcoming electrical jobs.
n
- Coordinating with Project Managers and electricians to confirm material requirements and priorities.
n
- Monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records and flagging replenishment needs.
n
- Completing stocktakes and organising returned or unused materials.
n
- Loading and unloading vehicles and operating the forklift safely.
n
- Keeping stock clearly labelled and the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
n
- Learning and using the AroFlo job management system to support material tracking and job preparation.

What we’re looking for nn
- At least one year of experience in warehousing, stores or inventory management.
n
- A current forklift licence.
n
- Availability to start work at 6:00 am.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accurate receiving, picking and recordkeeping skills.
n
- Positive organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
n
- Clear communication and a practical, team-focused approach.
n
- Confidence using computers and a willingness to learn AroFlo.
n
- Ability to safely carry out the manual handling duties of the role.
n
- Australian work rights.
n

Experience with electrical materials or in a trade supply environment would be an advantage.
