Job Description

HR Partners seeks an AI Engineer Lead to own end-to-end AI/ML architecture, solution delivery and governance across enterprise functions, using Azure AI Foundry and Anthropic Claude to design scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities include implementing MLOps, establishing responsible AI guardrails, partnering with business units for high‑impact use cases, and building RAG patterns integrated with D365, Salesforce and Workday.
