Job Description

Afford is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead delivery of high-quality, person-centred disability supports across the Explore and In-Home Support Programs in Brisbane and the Gold Coast region.

You will mentor frontline staff, coordinate participant supports, and promote independence, inclusion, and human rights in every interaction. A Certificate IV in Disability or related field and at least 2 years in disability services are required.
