Job Description

YMCA Victoria is seeking a Duty Manager for Carlton Baths to oversee centre operations on shift and act as a positive role model in the community. The role supports Centre Manager, with focus on safety, programs, and service delivery.

Casual position with weekend/evening work desirable. Qualifications include Lifeguard certificate and CPR/First Aid, plus OH&S; knowledge and supervisory experience appreciated. Staff perks apply across YMCA centres.
