Job Description
The Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport is seeking a Clerk Grade 9/10 to join the Legal and Governance team in Sydney CBD. The role is full time and temporary (up to 30 June 2027), with hybrid working arrangements possible. Salary ranges from $133,348 to $146,945 per annum plus super.

Responsibilities include providing legal advice to statutory bodies, drafting and negotiating contracts, and supporting governance and risk management across the department.
