As a Test Barista at our East Newdegate location, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.

- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer queries about our coffee offerings.

- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.

- Participate in training sessions to improve coffee preparation techniques and customer service skills.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during busy periods.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a barista role or relevant internship is preferred.
