n ⢠Senior-level experience (10+ years) in enterprise telephony / unified communicationsn
n ⢠Strong hands-on delivery experience with Webex Calling, including MS Teams integrationn
n ⢠Comfortable supporting design, build, testing, and cutover activitiesn
n ⢠Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, contract settingn
n ⢠A solid working knowledge of Cisco Firewalls, LAN, WAN, QoS, and Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking fundamentalsn
n ⢠Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with vendors and stakeholdersn
