Job Description

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Maintenance Lead at our Northgate site in Brisbane to own maintenance systems and drive reliability, safety and performance. You will lead planned maintenance, reduce downtime, coordinate shutdowns and mentor shift teams within a quick-paced FMCG environment.

This role requires CMMS experience (Mainpac or SAP), GMP/FMCG maintenance background, and strong planning, analytical and leadership capabilities in a site-based setting.
