n Fuse Recruitment are seeking experienced Washman / Manufacturing Labourer for immediate starts in Rosehill. Day shift roster paying $44.29 p/hr with all over time paid at double time pay rates!

- 6:30am – 2:30pm roster

- Monday to Friday role

- Daily Overtime

- $44.29 p/hr + Super

- All overtime paid at double time rates

- Temp to perm after 3 months for proven performers

Key Responsibilities and Requirements: n
nThis role will see you working in an industrial manufacturing workplace.



You will wear full Overalls PPE and be involved in cleaning of industrial machinery. Hence this is a loud, dirty and dusty environment to work in. n

n
- Washing and maintaining components of production machinery via high pressure hosing
n
- Maintaining housekeeping to Company standards
n
- Operating Production Machinery – both conveyer belt and control room operating
n
- Monitoring the flow of clay and other raw materials and products into machines, and adjusting valves and controls to specifications
n
- Operating concrete mixing, stacking and splitting machines
n
- Collecting quality lab samples and handing to the Quality lab
n
- Ensure process efficiencies are achieved and maintained
n
- Ensure all work is undertaken in a safe and efficient mannerEnsure production is in line with the specified production schedule
n
- Sweeping, shovelling and removing excess products from the production line floors
n
- Ensure reasons for deviations from the schedule are communicated with TL
n
- Ensure Housekeeping standards are maintained
n
- Data entry into Machine computer systems
n

Essential Requirements n

n
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating shift roster (must be available to work weekends
n
- Previous experience in an industrial Manufacturing environment as both Machine operator and labourer
n
- Production machinery and Conveyor belt experience
n
- Previous experience using High Pressure hoses
n
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude Ability to use computers for the entry and retrieval of process data and machine operation
n
- Quality assurance experience
n
- Must be prepared to complete physically demanding work
n
- Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace
n
- Forklift license is advantageous
n
