Building Services Engineer – Major Data Centre Project n

The Opportunity n

Working closely with the Building Services Manager, you’ll support the full lifecycle of a major data centre build — from design reviews through to commissioning and handover. You’ll coordinate key building services packages and ensure seamless integration across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire systems.

Key Responsibilities n

- n

Coordinate MEP/HVAC, electrical, hydraulic and fire services

n
- n

Manage documentation, compliance, RFIs and installation sequencing

n
- n

Support design reviews and services integration with the construction program

n
- n

Attend client, consultant and subcontractor meetings

n
- n

Drive quality, safety and technical outcomes on site

n

About You n

n
- n

Degree in Building Services, Construction or Engineering or Electrical, Mechanical or Hydraulics

n
- n

4–6 years’ experience in commercial construction

n
- n

Experience with services coordination and finishing trades (builder or contractor)

n
- n

Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills

n
- n

Reliable employment history and a collaborative,
