Job Description

Mercure Gold Coast Resort seeks a Duty Technician Supervisor to lead the maintenance effort across 292 guest rooms, pools, restaurant and conference spaces. You will work hands-on while guiding the engineering team to keep facilities running smoothly and safely.

Ideal candidates have practical maintenance supervision experience, HVAC knowledge, and robust communication skills. The role includes rostering support and energy-efficiency initiatives.
