As a BIG Merchandiser , you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role: n

- Territory: SUNNYBANK HILLS and surrounds
n
- Hours: Average of 20 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)
n
- Availability: Monday to Friday availability is essential
n
- Essential: Driver license and car
n

Key Responsibilities: nn
- Driving robust relationships with store personnel
n
- Building and maintaining quality displays in store
n
- Negotiating promotional space
n
- Executing planograms
n
- Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
n
- Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
n
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
n





Successful candidate will need: nn
- Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
n
- A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
n
- Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- An ability to work autonomously
n
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
n
