Job Description

Dorsett Melbourne is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the hotel's marketing strategy for a fixed-term parental leave cover, commencing November 2026, with the role based in Melbourne or Perth.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive direct sales, manage digital channels, campaigns, and budgets while coordinating with regional teams to maintain brand standards and ensure revenue growth.
