Job Description

Avant Mutual Group in Australia is seeking an experienced Change & Communications Specialist to support a significant Enterprise GRC transformation. This hands-on role covers change management, communications, learning and content design to help employees understand and adopt new processes and systems.

You will translate complex concepts into transparent, engaging content, develop learning materials, coordinate training, and work with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure successful uptake.
