Job Description

This is a hands-on coordination role based in the Gold Coast office. You'll manage a steady flow of small maintenance jobs at retail stores across both countries, from the first request through to completion and handover.

- Receive and assess maintenance requests from clients
n
n
- Scope the work and prepare quotes
n
n
- Engage and schedule contractors and trades in each location
n
n
- Track jobs from start to finish and keep clients updated
n
n
- Check that work is completed to standard and closed out properly
n
n
- Make sure documentation, photos and paperwork are in order for invoicing
n
n
- Work closely with project managers, construction managers and accounts team
n
n

- Experience in shopfitting, retail fitout or building maintenance
n
n
- A good understanding of how trades and site works run
n
n




- Experience coordinating contractors, ideally across multiple locations
n
n
- Clear, confident communication with clients and trades
n
n
- Strong attention to detail and good follow through
n
n
