Role Highlights: A rare prospect to take genuine ownership of risk management within a growing insurance business, contributing to the build of an Enterprise Risk Management Framework at a pivotal stage of its development.

Role Overview n

Reo Group is partnering with a well-regarded specialist insurance business to recruit a Senior Risk Manager. Sitting within the Legal, Risk and Compliance function, you will take a lead role in continuing the build and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the business, working closely with senior leadership and key internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities n

- Continue building and embedding the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the business.
n
- Provide high-level reporting to senior leadership, executive, and board-level stakeholders.
n
- Oversee audits, controls,



and testing, working closely with second and third line functions.
n
- Partner with the business to identify, assess, and manage key risks across the organisation.
n
- Contribute to the ongoing development of risk policies, frameworks, and governance structures.
n

Candidate Profile nn
- Strong risk management background within an AFSL general insurance environment.
n
- Experience across audit, controls testing, and lines 2 and 3.
n
- Insurer/Underwriting agency experience is highly regarded.
n
- Confident and credible communicator, comfortable reporting at senior and board level.
n
- A genuine desire to build and shape a framework rather than simply maintain an existing one.
