Job Description

This role sits within our Citation Certification audit team and reports to our Operations Manager. Here's what your days will look like:

n
- Leading complex, multi-scheme audits across ISMS, QMS, OHS and EMS, from planning through to close-out
n
- Acting as our technical lead on ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, and helping get our 42001 scheme up and running
n
- Delivering clear, accurate audit reports that meet our technical requirements, working closely with our Technical Expert on reviews
n
- Training, mentoring and upskilling our auditors, and setting the bar for audit quality across the team
n
- Owning key client relationships and explaining the audit process in plain language, not industry jargon
n
- Spending 3-4 days a week on client, witness and internal audits, including some interstate travel for witness audits and client engagements
n

Who we're looking for n

You know your standards inside out, and you can explain them to anyone. Here's what will set you up for success:

- Strong lead auditor experience in ISO 27001, as a third-party auditor from a certification body
n
- Working knowledge of ISO 42001 and how AI management systems are audited
n
- Current lead auditor registration for ISO 27001 and ISO 42001
n
- You can explain auditing to people who don't work in certification, and you're confident with clients at every level
n
- You're a team player with robust people skills, and you enjoy developing other auditors
n
- Bonus points for audit exposure in industries that include software development, financial services, insurance or government
n
