Job Description

Hastings People in Melbourne's inner north is opening a substantial pub and bistro in Fitzroy. The Sous Chef will help establish culinary standards and lead a hands-on, high-volume kitchen from pre-opening through launch.

Working with Head Chef, you will oversee a 15-solid brigade, focus on produce-led, contemporary European cooking, and mentor junior chefs while maintaining precision and thoughtful execution.
