Job Description

Yealink is seeking a remote technical support specialist based in Australia to assist resellers and end users with design, configuration and troubleshooting of Teams-related products. You may travel for in office visits as needed while supporting customers via phone or email.

You will provide trainings and demos, document technical questions, and update internal knowledge bases. Collaboration with sales engineers and sales teams is essential to project success.
