Lead Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Business Analysis teams.

- n
Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting and financial analysis.
n

- n
Monitor budgets, costs, and operational performance; provide financial advice to management.
n

- n
Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, internal controls, and local tax requirements.
n
n
- n
Coordinate with internal/external auditors and tax authorities.
n
n
- n
Partner with Mine Site Operations to strengthen cost control and financial management.
n
n
- n
Drive continuous improvement and support Finance team development.
n
n
- n
Report to Zijin HQ.

- n
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
n
n
- n
Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance experience.
n
n
- n
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and auditing.
n
n
- n
Experience with financial and payroll systems.
n
n
- n
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
n
n
- n
Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
n
n
- n
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
