Job Description

Um Holdings is seeking a Trade Mark Examiner in Australia. You will learn through a structured training program while assessing trade marks for registration under the Trade Marks Act 1995.

You will conduct online research, interpret information and apply legal tests to determine registrability, liaising with clients and IP professionals to ensure robust IP rights. This vacancy prioritizes Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants. Applications close 18 October 2026.
