We are looking for TWO experienced Project Managers to join a fantastic, busy and growing joinery business on the beautiful Sunshine Coast!

Our client is a well-established, family-run company with a great reputation, a strong pipeline of ongoing work and a team of fun, enthusiastic people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in cabinetmaking, joinery or cabinetry project management who loves being organised, working with trades and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

nTHE ROLE n
n

You will be responsible for managing multiple joinery and cabinetry projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time and to a high standard.

n
n

Your responsibilities will include:

n
n

n
n
- Managing joinery and cabinetry projects from start to finish.
n
n
- Coordinating trades, installers, suppliers and subcontractors.
n
n
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications.
n
n
- Organising materials, orders, production schedules and installations.
n
n
- Liaising with builders, clients, designers and internal teams.
n
n
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets and quality.
n
n
- Managing variations, resolving issues and keeping projects on track.
n
n
- Working closely with the factory and installation teams.
n
n




- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
n

nABOUT YOU n

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in cabinetmaking, joinery or cabinetry project management.
n
n
- Understands cabinetry manufacturing and installation processes.
n
n
- Can read plans and understands construction drawings.
n
n
- Is organised, proactive and great at managing multiple projects.
n
n
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
n
- Enjoys working with people and building strong relationships.
n
n
- Can work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
n
n
- Has a positive attitude, outstanding energy and takes pride in their work.
n
n

n

Experienced cabinetmakers looking to step into project management are also encouraged to apply!
