Job Description

Universal Store is seeking a creative and dedicated leader to join the team as 2IC. In this role you will partner with the Store Manager to inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced youth fashion setting.

You will lead from the front on the shop floor, train and coach staff, and maintain high standards of presentation and service every day.
