Job Description

Local Residential Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-born BTR business, is seeking a Safety Manager to embed a robust safety culture across corporate, construction and operations. You will coordinate the Safety Forum, oversee audits, lead incident investigations and drive improvements across teams and external partners.

You will bring 5–6 years of safety experience, WHS qualifications, and a proactive, risk-based mindset with readiness to travel interstate as Local grows.
