About Lepol Metal Work n

Lepol Metal Work Pty Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team full-time to support fabrication work across a variety of large-scale construction projects.

The Role n

As a Welder , you will be responsible for performing precision welding tasks to fabricate and assemble metal structures used in high-rises, hospitals, data centers, and custom commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- n

Performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding (GMAW, GTAW, MMAW)

n
- n

Welding and fabricating stainless steel, structural steel, and sheet metal components

n
- n

Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols

n
- n

Setting up and operating welding machines and equipment

n
- n

Performing high-quality welds on light to heavy gauge materials

n
- n

Custom steel fabrication tailored to project specifications

n
- n

Ensuring all welds meet industry codes and internal standards

n
- n

Conducting pre- and post-weld inspections to maintain quality assurance

n
- n

Maintaining welding equipment and performing routine upkeep

n
- n

Complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site

n

Skills & Experience n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

- n

Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques

n
- n

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant welding experience

n
- n

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

n
- n





Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

n
- n

Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment

n
