Housekeepers – Casual Waterview Gosford Motor Inn | West Gosford, Central Coast n

Hours and availability n

Casual positions offering approximately 2–4 shifts per week , depending on occupancy and availability.

n
- n

Daytime shifts generally starting at 9am and finishing around 1–2pm , depending on the day’s workload.

n
- n

Availability on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays is essential.

n

What you’ll be doing nn
- n

Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and bathrooms to a high standard.

n
- n

Making beds, changing linen and replenishing guest supplies.

n
- n

Assisting with laundry, including washing, drying, folding and ironing linen.

n
- n

Keeping common areas clean and tidy.

n
- n





Reporting maintenance issues and following safe cleaning procedures.

n
- n

Working with the housekeeping supervisor and team to have rooms ready on time.

n

What we’re looking for nn
- n

Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience.

n
- n

Valuable attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistent standards.

n
- n

Reliability, punctuality and respectful communication.

n
- n

The ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

n
- n

Willingness to assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties.

n
- n

Ability to travel reliably to West Gosford for rostered shifts.

n
- n

Australian work rights appropriate for the role.

n

n

Previous experience in a motel, hotel or similar accommodation property would be an advantage.

Pay, paid trials and training n

Paid at Hospitality Industry (General) Award Level 2 casual rates :

n

n
- n

Monday–Friday: $33.85 per hour

n
- n

Saturday: $40.62 per hour

n

n

These rates include casual loading and, for Saturdays, the Saturday penalty. Superannuation is additional. Sunday and public holiday penalty rates apply when worked.

n

Selected applicants will be invited to a paid trial shift . Paid training in our cleaning standards, equipment and procedures will also be provided. All trial and training hours will be paid at the applicable Level 2 casual rate.
