n We’re currently partnering with a well-established, customer-focused business to recruit a Store Manager for their top-performing store in Wollongong.n

THE OPPORTUNITYn
n As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of one of the business’s top-performing locations, leading a small team and ensuring the store continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial results.n
n
n You’ll be responsible for:n
n • Leading, coaching and motivating a small, customer-focused teamn
n• Driving sales, KPIs, conversion and overall store performancen
n• Building strong customer relationships and confidently explaining products and servicesn
n• Managing cash handling, reconciliation and day-to-day financial processesn
n• Ensuring operational, security and compliance procedures are consistently followedn
n• Managing opening and closing procedures and daily store operationsn
n• Supporting rostering, training and performance managementn
n• Identifying opportunities to further grow sales and improve store performancen
n• Maintaining the high standards expected of a top-performing locationn
n
WHAT’S ON OFFER?n
n • Remuneration package $75,000 (inclusive of Super) + OTE up to $40kn




n• Monthly performance-based bonus scheme with potential to earn up to approximately $40,000 additionaln
n• Choose your roster! Five-day working week with options including Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursdayn
n• Genuine autonomy within a smaller-format store environmentn
